Mayor Larry Langford of Birmingham, Alabama denied a permit for his city's Pride Parade because he says being gay is a choice. That brought a response from Kyle Whitmire, who closes with this offer: Well, mayor, if orientation is a choice, why don't you prove it by choosing to be gay for a day and giving me a kiss?
